Throughout the project timeline, our role as Development Lead allows us to provide tailored support and guidance in order to ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines are met. After establishing initial concepts and cost estimates in line with financial modelling, we conduct any relevant due diligence to assess potential challenges. As the project brief is confirmed, the concept design will be developed and the procurement strategy will be outlined and shared, and any necessary changes accounted for. As Development Lead, we can also manage the construction process: initiating operator engagement and overseeing the entire process right up until handover, leading the project consortium to completion on behalf of the owner.
