We assist project sponsors seeking to facilitate the sourcing of debt and equity required for a project and serve investors, sourcing and structuring unique investment opportunities, overall performing as a proprietary deal flow generator.
With extensive experience in identifying world-class underwriting and supporting financial structuring, we help project owners develop the optimal strategy to raise financing for their project. Through our partners and extensive international network, we have access to a global collective of funds, family offices, industry developers, and senior lenders that are seeking opportunities and deals across a range of markets, including: Hotels & Branded Residences; Leisure & Entertainment; and Mixed-Use Developments.
Aligned with the fast- paced development of this sector, we have strong interest from debt funds and equity providers for funding of new schemes across the various ‘Renewable Energy’ sectors and the ‘Energy from Waste’ sector. These debt funds will consider co-investing in transactions where there is a suitable and strong business case, assisting project sponsors and operators working in the renewable energy sector with the structuring and funding of project financing for greenfield sites and funding or restructuring of funding existing operations. We take a unique approach to financing renewable energy projects that can provide access to capital and can arrange funding across the whole stack for construction, and then can also arrange term debt once the business operation reaches stabilisation.
